ACI Sail offers a unique sailing experience as part of the world’s first ClubSwan 36 training centre.
As part the world’s first ClubSwan 36 training centre, based in Split, ACI Sail, with its fleet of six of the world’s most advanced ClubSwan 36 sailing boats, runs comprehensive sailing school courses, offering knowledge transfer and training, intended for both professional sailors and enthusiasts with no prior experience but with the desire to experience sailing on a serious racing boat furnished with top-quality equipment and crewed by professional sailors. Ivan Kljaković Gašpić, the project manager, stresses that quality time is the greatest luxury of today, and unique experiences are remembered throughout one’s life.
That is why ACI Sail has placed great emphasis on the simplicity of use and user-friendly sailing, which is especially interesting to people who want to try their hand at first-rate ClubSwan regattas without logistic and organisational problems they might have in transporting their boats and crew. ACI Sail offer its clients the pleasure of a high-level sailing and participating in elite events in the specific and exclusive world of Swan without maintenance or ownership costs.
After the regatta ends, ACI Sail takes care of the boat, and the clients can go on with their business, having gained an exceptional experience. Such a service was offered to clients during the Swan One-Design Worlds championship, where crews racing on ACI Sail sailing boats won a gold and a bronze medal in the ClubSwan 36 class.
‘We learned more in a week of racing in Scarlin than in five years of training. As our tactician, Ivan Kljaković Gašpić put together a team that knew at all times what they had to do on deck,’ said Nikolai Burkart, the owner of the ClubSwan 36 called the Goddess.
ACI Sail also organises training camps and individual trainings, and we can also offer our clients a complete hospitality package – team building events, corporate sailing and a ClubSwan 36 one-design regatta.
‘We’re beginners in this class, but following the training sessions on ClubSwan 36, I can say that the sailing boat is very fast and stable, but also really friendly to people who don’t have much experience. The sailing skills that Ivan Kljaković Gašpić shared with us are invaluable. The sailing conditions in Split were fantastic; to me, this is one of the best racing areas in the world,’ said Tamás Kelemen, who participated with his crew in the ACI Sail training camp.
ACI Sail is synonymous with sailing excellence and passion for sailing.
