ADRIATIC SUPERYACHT FORUM
The most important players in Croatia
A beautiful and indented coastline with more than a thousand islands, superb cuisine, safety, good transport connections, a large number of marinas, nice weather… All these are just some of the reasons why Croatia is one of the most desirable boating destinations in the world.
Through the ACI Sail project, ACI has already adopted a new concept of developing nautical tourism; additionally, this largest chain of marinas in the Mediterranean has teamed with Simmor Marine to initiate and be the platinum sponsor of the first conference on the superyachting industry. The 1st Adriatic Superyacht Forum organised by Quaynote Communications is a conference dedicated to superyachting, which will bring together all the big names in the world’s boating industry and superyacht business.
“Our motive for organising the conference is to open the Croatian market to this segment of the boating industry. In fact, the world has only just begun to recognise Croatia as a destination for superyachts, so the Adriatic Superyacht Forum is an ideal place for us to show the industry that ACI and Croatia have something to offer in this segment of the boating market. ACI has recognised the enormous potential in the superyachting segment, as evidenced by the first marina in the ACI system with the prestigious five-anchor rating, Marina Rovinj, which has been adapted to suit this segment of the boating industry, and by the infrastructure investments in ACI marinas Split and Dubrovnik,” said Branimir Mađer, director of the boating department at ACI.
